For this project, our team completed a full external refurbishment to ensure the new side extension blended perfectly with the original bungalow, creating a consistent and uniform finish across all elevations.

We began by applying a Johnstone’s high-performance base coat, reinforced with fibreglass mesh to add extra strength and flexibility to the system. This combination enhances adhesion, prevents cracking, and provides a durable foundation that ensures long-term stability for the render finish.

To complete the system, we applied a 1.5mm enhanced silicone render, selected for its outstanding durability, weather resistance, and breathability. The result is a smooth, contemporary façade that not only protects the property but also delivers a low-maintenance, long-lasting, and visually cohesive appearance across the entire home.
