This project was enhanced with a 90mm layer of EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) insulation, delivering exceptional thermal efficiency while preserving a lightweight yet durable structure. The EPS system effectively reduces heat loss, contributing to improved energy performance and year-round comfort within the home.

To complete the transformation, the exterior was finished with Johnstone’s 1.5mm enhanced silicone render - a premium thin-coat system known for its durability, breathability, and refined, contemporary appearance. The mock Tudor detailing was carefully reinstated to ensure the property remains in harmony with the character and charm of the surrounding homes on the road.
