1. Surface Preparation
We inspect and clean the existing substrate, filling any cracks and applying a stabilising primer to ensure maximum adhesion. Any loose or failing material is removed before work begins.

2. Primer Coat
A colour-matched primer is applied to create a consistent base and ensure even colour distribution across the finished surface.
3. Silicone Render Application
The silicone render is hand-applied in a consistent layer to the chosen texture – fine, medium or coarse grain – and worked to an even finish by our experienced team.
4. Final Inspection
Edges are sealed, surrounding areas are cleaned down, and we carry out a full quality check before scaffolding is removed.
Is Silicone Render right for
your property?
Silicone render is ideal when the existing substrate is sound and well-prepared, or where a basecoat system has already been applied. It works well on brick, block, existing render, and external wall insulation (EWI) boards.
If your walls require additional structural reinforcement or impact resistance, we may recommend our Basecoat & Silicone system instead – which includes a fibreglass-reinforced basecoat layer beneath the silicone finish.
