For this project in Dartford, the client wanted to update the front elevation of their bungalow to create a fresh, modern look while improving the overall durability of the exterior.

Our team installed a silicone render system built on a reinforced base coat to ensure long-term strength and stability. The base coat, combined with fibreglass mesh, provided excellent flexibility and surface reinforcement — helping to prevent cracking and maintain a flawless finish over time.

We then applied a premium silicone topcoat, chosen for its superior weather resistance, breathability, and smooth, attractive finish. The result is a beautifully refreshed façade that enhances kerb appeal while offering a robust, low-maintenance surface designed to stand the test of time.
