Silicone Render. Dartford, Kent

For this Dartford property, our client wanted to give their three-bed semi a fresh, modern exterior while improving weather protection and durability.

We applied a silicone render system built on a reinforced base coat, providing a strong and flexible foundation for the new finish. The base layer was strengthened with fibreglass mesh, ensuring excellent adhesion, surface stability, and long-term crack resistance.

To complete the system, we used a 1.5mm silicone topcoat, offering outstanding breathability, weather resistance, and a smooth, contemporary appearance.
