This project was a newly built extension where our team delivered a complete high-performance rendering system, designed for both durability and visual appeal.

We began by applying Johnstone’s High Performance Base Coat, a cement-based, polymer-modified, and water-repellent render that provides a strong and reliable foundation. To further enhance durability and minimise the risk of cracking, the surface was reinforced with Johnstone’s Stormshield Mesh. This system creates a robust yet flexible finish, improving impact resistance and ensuring a long-lasting result.

To complete the system, we applied a 1.5mm Enhance Silicone Topcoat - a premium finishing coat that provides a sleek, uniform surface with outstanding weather protection.

To elevate the appearance of the new facade, the client requested a two-tone colour scheme, which we carefully applied to add depth and contrast to the design. This final touch not only enhances the architectural character of the building but also creates a modern, eye-catching finish that complements the overall style of the property.
